What we do together

We start with a one-day diagnostic to map your current funnel, identify gaps, and build a clear action plan. Then over 12 weeks, we work in parallel on three things: building your system, running live experiments to optimise it, and training your team to operate it independently.

Set up the infrastructure for full-funnel growth: CRM workflows, lead scoring, pipeline tracking, automated reporting, and dashboards. You'll have a working system that connects marketing activity to revenue.

Run live experiments

We execute together. I lead your team through live campaigns, testing messaging, optimising conversion, and iterating on what works. You learn by doing, and we use real data from real prospects to improve week-by-week.
