About Solid Growth

Solid Growth was founded on a simple idea: growth shouldn't feel chaotic. Most B2B companies run tactics without systems. They hire agencies, chase trends, and wonder why nothing compounds. We fix that by building the infrastructure that makes growth predictable.

We work with B2B companies doing €500K to €5M in revenue who want to own their growth machine. That means setting up the right tools, building a weekly rhythm, and training teams to run experiments independently. Some clients take the course and do it themselves. Others hire us to build it for them.

The business is built around three core offerings: a video course for marketers who want to learn the system, done-for-you consultancy for companies that want it built faster, and free resources to help anyone understand how B2B growth actually works.

Solid Growth B.V. is based in the Netherlands and has trained over 1,500 marketers since 2010. The methodology has been refined across hundreds of client engagements, from early-stage SaaS to established agencies. It works because it's not theory—it's trial and error, distilled into a repeatable system.

I started in paid ads when data-driven marketing and growth hacking were just emerging. I moved into conversion optimisation, co-founded several companies, sold them and worked as a fractional Head of Growth for B2B clients.

Questions about (working with) Solid Growth

These are the most common questions I get about how I work, who I work with, and what to expect. If your question isn't here, book a discovery call or send me an message.

What kind of companies do you work with?

Mostly B2b SaaS, agencies, consultancies, and ecommerce companies selling to businesses. I've worked with startups and multinationals across industries. The common thread is they want to build a system that scales, not just run more tactics.

Can I hire you as a fractional Head of Growth?

Yes, but only after the build phase (see here). I don't advise from the sidelines—I build hands-on first. Once the system is running, you can hire me as a fractional Head of Growth to optimise ongoing. That's optional and month-to-month.

Are you open to guest posts or interviews?

Yes, occasionally. I join podcasts or write guest posts when the topic aligns with what I teach. Reach out with details about your audience and what you'd like to discuss, and I'll let you know if it's a fit.

Can you speak at our event?

Yes, I do speaking engagements. I typically talk about building growth systems, diagnosing bottlenecks, or how to structure a full-funnel approach. Reach out with event details and I'll let you know if I'm available.

Do you take on new clients?

Selectively. I only work with a few clients at a time to stay hands-on. If I think there's a fit and I have capacity, we'll move forward. If not, I'll point you to the course or suggest alternatives. Book a discovery call and we'll figure it out.
