API and webhooks

The Cloud API is built on the Graph API and uses HTTP. Webhooks deliver JSON payloads to your server for incoming messages and message status updates. The Cloud API docs do not mention an official MCP server, so route messages through your own service if you want an AI agent to answer.

Automation idea: when a customer sends a message, look them up in your CRM, create a ticket if none is open and notify the owner in Slack.
