Each factory has one AI employee. This one does the routine work of the Finance factory and asks a person first where a decision is needed.
A colleague with a role
Each factory has one AI employee, a named character measured on the factory's main number. The Finance AI employee is measured on profit. A person owns the Finance factory.
Its level
It starts as an Observer and moves up to Junior, Medior and Senior as its trust score grows. Autonomy is set per stage, so one step can run alone while the next still needs a person.
