From a problem to an offer, in three lines
Execution runs the offer through three lines in order. Each line has a workflow you can follow, and plays you can repeat.
The lines, in order
The lines are the stages the work passes through. They run in the same order each time, and each one ends with a decision. Inside a line, the work is organised in plays.
Discovery
Discovery finds out whether the problem is real and worth an offer, before anything is built.
Development
Development builds the smallest version that solves the problem, and writes down how it is delivered.
Launch and improvement
Launch puts the version in front of a first group of buyers. Improvement uses what they do to decide the next change.
Plays
The plays of each line are added as the existing playbooks become plays.
