The Client acquisition AI employee

Each factory has one AI employee, a named character that is measured on the factory's main number. For client acquisition that number is new clients. It never owns a line: a person does.

Every AI employee starts as an Observer. It moves up to Junior, Medior and Senior as its trust score grows, and its trust score is measured on work that a person has checked.

Each stage gets its own autonomy level: manual, assisted, supervised, exceptions only, or autonomous. Anything that reaches a buyer, spends money or goes public stays with a person until its stage allows otherwise.
