Roles and structure
Strategy decides which roles the workforce has, what each one is for, and how they report. A fractional or an AI employee sits in the structure like anyone else, with its owner named beside it.
One owner for every decision
Each factory and each line has one accountable owner. An AI employee never owns a line. It can make decisions within its level, and anything above that goes to the owner.
Goals that match the main number
The goals of this factory come from its main number, revenue per employee. Goals are reviewed at the end of each cycle, which is 12 weeks followed by a review week.
