Clients get the result, and they stay

Value delivery takes each client from signature, or sign-up for a free product, to the result they came for and on to renewal. We run that path as one system.
The Value delivery factory's slab raised out of the hexagon, carrying its objects

AI can answer a ticket, but it cannot rescue a client you never onboarded

Clients leave for reasons you could have seen months before the renewal.

  1. Every onboarding is improvised

Each new client gets a slightly different start, depending on who is free.

  2. You hear about churn at the renewal

There is no signal per account, so the first warning is the cancellation.

  3. The know-how sits in two heads

How the work is really done is nowhere written down, so it cannot be handed over.

Autonomy is the top layer, not the first

An AI employee can only take over Value delivery work that already runs on a system and a decision. Each layer stands on the one below it.

The delivery engine

From the signature to the renewal: the onboarding runs as a process, the AI employee watches the signals, your team keeps the relationship.

  1. Contract signed (Trigger, Your systems)
  2. Onboarding steps run (Step, AI employee)
  3. First result delivered (Step, Your team)
  4. Health signal checked (Condition, AI employee)
  5. Check-in (Step, Your team)
  6. Renewal or expansion (Store, Your systems)

What must be true before an AI employee delivers for you

Autonomy in Value delivery is earned on these: the result defined, the process written and a signal per account.

The result, written down per client
What success means for each client, agreed before the work starts.
The onboarding as a process
The steps every new client goes through, written as an SOP.
A health signal per account
One measure that tells you a client is on track or drifting.
Renewals in one place
Every renewal date with its owner, months ahead.

Why this matters

Value delivery is the part of the customer journey where clients get the result and stay. Its main number, net revenue retention, shows whether they do.

The three lines

Onboarding and activation takes a client to a first result. Delivery and support keeps the result coming and answers questions. Retention and expansion keeps the client past renewal and grows what they buy.

Delete, automate or delegate

Maintenance work is cleared in three moves: we delete what no longer earns its place, automate what is routine, and delegate what still needs a person. The platform shows how much time each person and team spends in each bucket.

How the platform helps

Strategy holds the success model, the path every client follows. The Value delivery AI employee takes routine work at its level, and it is measured on net revenue retention.

Four layers, built from the bottom

Systems holds the tools and data, Strategy the success model, Execution the three lines, and Autonomy the AI employee. When the factory falls short, we check from the bottom and fix the lowest failing layer first.

The main number: net revenue retention

Net revenue retention is calculated per cohort: the revenue this year from last year's clients, divided by what those clients brought in last year. It works for subscriptions, retainers and repeat purchases. A business that sells only once uses referral rate instead.
