Outgrow
Why Outgrow
Outgrow lets marketers create interactive content such as quizzes and calculators that engage and qualify leads. Templates cover common use cases, branching logic personalises results to each visitor, and built-in capture feels natural. The analytics reveal which content paths convert best, helping teams optimise their approach.
What it does
Outgrow is a no-code builder for interactive content. You make calculators, recommendations, quizzes, giveaways and contests, polls, forms, surveys, chatbots and assessments from more than a thousand templates. Branching logic personalises the result for each visitor, and the lead is captured as part of the flow. You publish by embedding the content on a page, as a popup, in chat, on exit intent or on your own subdomain.
Why you would need it
A standard form asks for an email address and gives nothing back. Conversion is low, and every lead looks the same to sales.
A calculator or a quiz flips that. The visitor gets a number or a recommendation that is worth having, and your questions double as qualification. Sales receive a lead with answers attached: budget, size, urgency. That is the difference between a name on a list and a lead you can prioritise.
You feel the need when a campaign brings plenty of traffic and sales say the leads are thin. Interactive content lets you ask the questions sales would ask, in a format the visitor is happy to answer.
Where it fits
It sits between your website traffic and your CRM. Visitors come from content, ads and email. Leads and answers go out to your CRM or email tool. The vendor lists connections to HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Stripe, PayPal, Dropbox and OneDrive.
It can replace a plain lead form on a high-intent page and a custom-built calculator. It does not replace a general form tool for everyday forms.
What stands out
- Many content types in one tool, from ROI calculators to outcome quizzes.
- Branching logic so different answers lead to different results.
- Embed options that cover page, popup, chat and exit intent.
- Analytics that show which paths and answers convert.
My take
I'd use Outgrow when the offer deserves education before a sale: ROI calculators, readiness assessments, pricing estimators. B2B buying has long decisions, and a good calculator is a better lead magnet than another ebook. The templates get you to a first version quickly.
The analytics are worth using. They show where people drop out and which answers lead to conversion, so you can improve the content over time instead of publishing it once and forgetting it.
I would hold back if you only need contact forms. Tally, Typeform or Jotform will do that for less. Complex logic also takes time to get right, so plan a few rounds of testing before you publish.
Verdict
Pick Outgrow if you want interactive lead magnets that qualify visitors while they engage. Skip it if you mainly need simple forms or surveys.

Before you choose
Plans differ by content types and users
The plans step up by how many content types you can use and how many users you have. The entry plans cover a handful of content types and one user, and the Business plan covers all types with ten users. Check that the type you want, such as a calculator, is on the plan you pick.

Free plan is narrow
The pricing page lists a free plan for forms and surveys only, with a cap on leads each period. It is not certain that it shows in the default view, so confirm on the page. For calculators and quizzes, plan on a paid plan or the 7-day trial.
API and extra integrations are limited
API access is listed only as an enterprise or custom feature, so ask for the API documentation before you plan on it. The native integrations cover common CRMs, email and payment tools. If your CRM is not on the list, check how leads will get there.
Logic takes effort
A good calculator needs careful formulas and a few rounds of testing. Alternatives: Typeform for form-style conversation, involve.me for similar interactive content, or custom development for complex calculators.
