Find verified business emails and direct-dial phone numbers to enrich CRM records and fuel B2B outbound.

Why Lusha

Lusha is a B2B sales-intelligence and contact-data platform that supplies verified business emails, direct-dial phone numbers, and company data for prospecting and CRM enrichment. It is available via a web app, browser extension, bulk CSV enrichment and API. It is built for sales, marketing and recruiting teams who need verified contact information for outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

Best for
B2B sales and recruiting teams who need verified work emails and direct phone numbers to fill gaps in their CRM or to prospect from LinkedIn and company lists.

What it does

Lusha is a B2B contact and company data platform. You search for people, or enrich the records you already have, and get work emails, direct phone numbers and company details back. It works through a web workspace, a browser extension, bulk enrichment of CSV files, an API and an MCP server.

Lusha says its database holds more than 515 million verified contacts and 29 million companies, with buying signals refreshed weekly. Those are the vendor's own figures, so test them on your market.

Why you would need it

Outbound stops dead on missing data. A list of target accounts is useless if half the contacts have no email and none has a phone number. Reps then lose time searching, or send to guessed addresses and bounce.

I would look at Lusha when your CRM is full of names but thin on contact details. The extension helps you find a person you spot on a professional network, and bulk enrichment fixes old records in one go. Better data means fewer bounces and more calls that reach a person.

Where it fits

Lusha sits upstream of your CRM and your sending tools. Prospect lists and website visitors feed it. It feeds enriched contacts into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and sales engagement tools. It replaces manual research, and for a small team it can replace a bigger database.

What stands out

  • Several ways in: workspace, extension, CSV enrichment, API and MCP, so one team can use the same data in different ways.
  • A wide integration list, including CRMs, Make, n8n, Zapier, Pipedream, Slack, Gmail, Gong and Clay.
  • Buying signals and AI recommendations sit on top of the contact data, so you can pick who to call first.
  • An official MCP server, so Claude or ChatGPT can search and enrich directly.

My take

Lusha is a tactical tool. It is quick to start, useful on a single contact, and easy to add to a CRM. It is a good fit for a lean team that needs data now.

What I would watch is credit use and coverage. Pricing is based on credits, so a team that enriches thousands of records burns through them. Phone numbers and emails also vary by region and industry, so run a sample list from your own market before you buy. If you need deep account data for a big enterprise territory, a larger database may be the better home.

Verdict

Pick Lusha if you are a small or mid-sized team that needs verified contact data quickly and wants it inside your CRM. Skip it if you need very broad enterprise coverage in one platform, or if you cannot yet explain the legal basis for contacting people on your list.

Before you choose

Credits are the limit

Lusha is credit-based. The free plan gives a small number of credits each month, and paid plans raise the monthly or annual allowance. Work out how many records you enrich in a typical month before choosing a plan. Teams of more than five users are asked to contact sales.

Test the data on your market

Accuracy varies by country, seniority and industry. Take fifty real contacts from your target list, run them through Lusha, then check the emails and call a few numbers. A sample of your own is worth more than any vendor percentage.

Privacy and consent

Contact data brings legal duties, especially if you sell in the EU. Check the vendor's trust centre, understand your lawful basis for outreach and respect opt-outs. This is true of every data provider, not just Lusha.

Compare it with the alternatives

Look at Apollo for database plus sequencing, ZoomInfo for broader company data, Cognism for mobile number coverage and Dealfront as another data source. If you want to combine several data sources in one flow, look at Clay.
