Custify

Centralises customer data from CRM, billing and support tools to reveal churn risk and growth opportunities.

Why Custify

It unifies data from your CRM, billing tool and product analytics to give customer success managers a complete view of each account. This enables health scoring, churn risk detection and expansion identification. It suits teams where you want automation to prioritise high-impact accounts instead of manual review.

Best for
Customer success teams at subscription B2B SaaS companies whose customer data is spread over a CRM, billing and product tools, and who want health scores and churn warnings.

What it does

Custify is a customer success platform. It pulls customer data from your CRM, billing and product tools into one view of adoption, usage and lifecycle stage, called Customer 360. On top of that sit health scores, early warnings on churn, and tools for spotting renewals and upsell.

It also runs playbooks and automations, surveys for CSAT and NPS, dashboards and a customer portal. An AI layer called CustifyAI generates playbooks, churn risk analysis, sentiment scores and customer summaries.

Why you would need it

In a subscription business, the money is in keeping customers. The warning signs sit in different places. Usage drops in the product, a payment fails in billing, a champion goes quiet in the inbox. A customer success manager checks them by hand, and the unhappy account is noticed too late.

Custify puts the signals in one place and ranks accounts by how much attention they need. You feel the pain when a customer cancels and the first you hear of it is the cancellation.

Where it fits

Custify sits above the CRM, billing and product tools it connects to. It does not replace them. It turns their data into health scores and a to-do list. Direct integrations cover HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Intercom, Pipedrive and Close, and it reaches more than 200 other tools through Zapier.

What stands out

  • A single customer view that blends usage, billing and CRM data.
  • Health scores you define yourself from your own KPIs.
  • AI-assisted playbooks and agents that handle routine tasks.
  • A four-week concierge onboarding programme.

Who gets the most from it

It suits a customer success team of a few people up to a larger group, handling dozens to hundreds of B2B accounts. The more accounts each manager carries, the more a ranked list and automated playbooks help. A founder who knows every customer by name has less need, until the customer list outgrows memory.

My take

I'd consider Custify once you have enough customers that you cannot track them by memory and your data already lives in a CRM and a billing tool. Before that, a simple spreadsheet and a weekly review do the job.

A health score is only as good as the data behind it. If product usage is not tracked, the score will mislead you.

Verdict

Pick Custify when a B2B SaaS team wants unified account data and automated prioritisation. Skip it when you have few accounts, or when you cannot yet send usage data into any tool.

Before you choose

No public pricing

The vendor does not publish plans or prices and asks you to book a demo. You cannot budget before a sales call. I found no free plan and no trial length.

Garbage in, garbage out

Health scores depend on clean, connected data. Check which of your CRM, billing and product tools it connects to before you buy. Also check how event and usage data reaches it.

Setup effort

Defining scores, playbooks and surveys takes time. The vendor offers a four-week concierge onboarding, which tells you something about the effort.
