Team workspaces
On this pageWhat it is
What it is
A team workspace is a shared space inside the tool where several people work under one organisation account. They can use the same agents, documents and settings, each with their own login. An administrator usually decides who can see and change what. Anthropic API, Botpress, ChatGPT, Claude, Dust, Lindy, NotebookLM, Perplexity, Relevance AI, Swoep and Zapier Agents are listed with this feature.
Why it matters
Without a team workspace, people use personal accounts, and agents, files and prompts end up scattered across them. When someone leaves, their work leaves with them, and nobody can say who has access to company data. You need a team workspace once more than one person relies on the tool or when it touches client or company information. If you are the only user, a personal account is simpler.
What to check
- Ask what roles and permissions exist, and whether you can limit access to certain agents or files.
- Test whether work created by one person can be shared with, and edited by, a colleague.
- Check what happens to a person's work when you remove them from the workspace.
- Find out whether usage is billed per person or per workspace, and whether there is an activity log.
