Booking pages
The tool offers a shareable page where other people can pick an open time slot in your calendar and book a meeting themselves.

What it is
A booking page is a web page, with its own link, that shows the times you are free. A visitor picks one, enters their details and the meeting lands in both calendars. For example, you add the link to your email signature so prospects can book a call without a string of replies. Google Calendar and Notion Calendar list this feature.
Why it matters
Arranging a time by email can take several messages. A booking page removes that and reduces no-shows when it sends confirmations. It suits anyone who regularly meets clients, candidates or customers. If you only schedule internal meetings with shared calendars, you may not need it.
What to check
- Can you set working hours, buffers between meetings and a daily limit?
- Does it check your real calendar so double bookings cannot happen?
- Can you ask the booker questions before the meeting?
- Does it add a video call link automatically?
