Proposify vs Qwilr

Proposify logovsQwilr logo
Proposify gives sales teams approved content, a pricing catalogue and approvals. Qwilr turns proposals into interactive web pages with signing, payment and a REST API. Pick by control or by buyer experience.

The verdict

If your main worry is that reps send the wrong terms or prices, I'd pick Proposify. Approved content and CRM data in the document are aimed at that problem.

If your main worry is that the proposal looks dull or the buyer needs several steps to say yes, I'd pick Qwilr. HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive are covered on every plan.

Both need plan homework. Proposify has send limits per plan and per-user pricing. Qwilr's Growth and Scale plans are annual with minimum seat counts, and API access uses credits. Neither is a clear winner for everyone, so build the same real proposal in both.

Who each is for

Proposify logo

Choose Proposify if…

Proposify suits sales leaders in agencies, consultancies and trade businesses who want control. Reps assemble proposals from approved sections, the pricing catalogue keeps products and prices straight, and tracking shows which section the buyer stopped reading.

If you have five reps sending proposals, the value is consistent branding and a record of what each buyer saw. A solo founder with a handful of proposals will find the entry plan tight because of the send limits.

Qwilr logo

Choose Qwilr if…

Qwilr suits sales, customer success and services teams where how a proposal looks affects whether the deal closes. If you send ten proposals a week, the page format, the tracking and the built-in signing add up.

It also has a documented REST API with pages, saved blocks, taxes and webhook subscriptions, plus an MCP server. Custom branding and automations sit above the entry plan, so list what you need first. It is less suited to a team that wants manager approvals on deal terms.
