Consolidates proposals, contracts and e-signatures into a digital sales room for deal closing.

Why GetAccept

GetAccept is a digital sales room that brings proposals, quotes, contracts and e-signatures together in one place per deal. Buyers find all documents and next steps in one location while sellers track who opened what and when. It integrates with common CRMs to streamline deal workflows.

Best for
Sales teams that sell to several stakeholders per deal and want proposals, contracts, e-signatures and next steps in one shared space on top of their CRM.

What it does

GetAccept is a digital sales room. It puts proposals, quotes, contracts and e-signatures into one place per deal. The buyer finds the documents, the next steps and the people involved in one location. The seller sees who opened what and when.

Why you would need it

Complex deals break down in the gaps. The proposal is a PDF in one email, the contract is in another tool, and the buyer's colleague never saw the pricing. You chase people by email and cannot tell whether the document was even read.

A shared room fixes the gaps. Every stakeholder gets the same material, you see which of them engaged, and signing happens in the same place. The buyer also gets a clear view of what happens next, which shortens the end of the sales cycle. For deals with many buyers, that is how you keep everyone aligned without a pile of attachments.

Where it fits

It sits on top of your CRM and turns an open deal into a shared room with the buyer. The vendor lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Gong and Salesloft among its integrations. It can replace a separate e-signing tool, a folder of PDFs and the follow-up emails around them. It is a late-stage tool, so your lead generation and first meetings stay where they are.

What stands out

  • One room holds every document for a deal, with engagement tracked by stakeholder.
  • E-signatures are built in, with eID verification on the higher plans.
  • Mutual action plans can be shared with the buyer.
  • Templates and a content library keep proposals consistent.
  • AI helps draft content and summarise meetings.

My take

I would pick GetAccept when deals involve a buying committee and you want one place to run the late stage. The tracking by stakeholder is the part that earns its keep, because it tells you who to call next. If three of five buyers opened the pricing and the budget holder did not, you know where the deal is stuck.

I would skip it for a founder who sends a few simple quotes. You would pay for features you never open. The jump from the entry plan to the next one is also large, with a five-user minimum and an annual agreement, so check that before you fall for a demo. For simpler quote and proposal needs, compare PandaDoc, Proposify and Qwilr.

Verdict

Pick GetAccept if your deals have several buyers and you want a shared space to run them. Skip it if you only send occasional quotes, or if you cannot commit to the plan that includes CRM integration.

Before you choose

The plan jump

The entry plan, eSign, is per user and allows monthly or annual billing. Professional adds the AI features, pricing tables, mutual action plans, eID verification and CRM integrations, but needs an annual agreement and at least five users. Enterprise is on request. Work out which plan you need before comparing prices.

CRM integration is not on the entry plan

If the room has to link to your CRM, you are on Professional or above. That moves you to a yearly commitment. Decide early whether you need it.

More than a quote tool

If you just need to send a quote and collect a signature, this is more than you need. Look at DocuSign, Dropbox Sign or PandaDoc for lighter options.

Free trial

A free trial exists for eSign, but the length is not stated. Ask before you start so you know how long you have.
