Teachable
How to automate Teachable
Native integrations
Teachable lists connections to Stripe, Zapier, Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Zoom, among others. An idea: send new students to your email tool with a tag for the course they bought, so onboarding emails start automatically.
API and webhooks
Teachable has a public API at developers.teachable.com and documented webhooks, available on the Growth plan or higher. You create an API key in your school settings. An idea: when a student completes a course, a webhook creates a record in your CRM, such as HubSpot, and triggers an offer for your next product.
MCP server
The Teachable MCP server is in early access with a waitlist. It runs locally and works with Claude Desktop, and needs the Growth plan and an API key. Through it, Claude can show enrolments, look at engagement and course performance, enrol students and summarise revenue. An idea: ask for a weekly summary of the most active students and the courses with the lowest completion. Treat it as early.
No-code automation
Zapier is listed as a Teachable integration. A sensible first flow: a new purchase adds the customer to your email list, posts in Slack and logs the sale in a sheet.
