Native integrations

HeyReach has native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, and a HubSpot sync that logs connections, messages and replies. One idea: when a lead accepts a connection, trigger an email step in Instantly, so the same person is reached on two channels.

API and webhooks

HeyReach has a public API and webhook support. I could only confirm the API through the vendor's roadmap and help pages, so check the documentation for the current endpoints. One idea: send a webhook on every reply into your own system, so a hot reply opens a task for a salesperson at once.

No-code automation

The vendor lists connections to Clay, n8n, Make and Zapier. One idea: build a Clay table of enriched leads, and push the qualified ones into a HeyReach campaign automatically.

MCP server

HeyReach has an official MCP server. You connect it with a connection URL and your workspace API key, for example as a custom connector in Claude. The vendor docs do not say which plans include it. One idea: ask an assistant to summarise which campaign messages got the most replies this week.
