CRM & payment integrations

What it is
This feature lists the customer relationship management (CRM) and payment tools that a proposal product connects to directly. A CRM is the system where you keep track of contacts and deals, and the payment tools take money once a proposal is accepted. Connections show whether deal data and payments move between systems on their own or have to be copied by hand.
Why it matters
A proposal usually sits between a sales conversation and a payment. If the proposal tool does not connect to your CRM, someone must copy deal details across and update the status when a deal is won. If it does not connect to a payment provider, the client may need a separate invoice. It matters when you send proposals regularly and want a clean record. If you send occasional proposals and invoice separately, a short list may be sufficient.
What to check
- Check that your own CRM and payment provider are named on the list.
- Ask which data moves across, such as contacts, deal values, signed status or payment confirmation.
- Find out whether the connection works in both directions.
- Ask whether integrations need a higher plan or a separate connector service.
