How to automate Document360
Native integrations
Connect it to the support tool your team already uses, such as Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk. One idea: show suggested articles to agents and customers as they type a ticket, which is what the vendor's ticket deflector is for.
Slack and GitHub are on the connector list too, so you can share new articles in a channel as they publish.
API and webhooks
Document360 has an API for programmatic access. Use it to pull article lists into a script that flags articles nobody has updated in a year. Check the API documentation for webhook support and the endpoints you need.
MCP server
There is an official MCP server. It supports search and retrieval, and also writing: creating, updating and publishing articles. Connecting it needs a Project Owner or Admin and uses OAuth, and your role-based permissions still apply. A good first use is asking an assistant to find articles that contradict each other.
Built-in automation
The workflow builder handles approval and publishing steps. Set it so that a technical article needs a reviewer before it goes live. The vendor also lists duplicate content detection, which helps keep a growing knowledge base clean.
