PandaDoc vs Proposify

PandaDoc logovsProposify logo
PandaDoc covers proposals, contracts, signatures and payments from reusable templates, with a free plan to try. Proposify adds approvals, a pricing catalogue and send limits for sales leaders who control what reps send.

The verdict

For most small B2B teams, I'd pick PandaDoc. It handles contracts as well as proposals, it has a free plan to try, and the templates and content library repay the setup time. Start with a small pilot team, because the cost grows with seats.

I'd pick Proposify if you are a sales leader with several reps and you care about approved terms, correct prices and a record of what each buyer saw. The trade-off is the plan structure. Each plan has send limits, integrations start on the Team plan, and approvals and roles sit on Business. Count your proposals and name your CRM before you choose. Salesforce and some other integrations cost extra.

Who each is for

PandaDoc logo

Choose PandaDoc if…

PandaDoc suits B2B sales, agency and professional services teams that send proposals, quotes and contracts regularly and want templates, e-signature and payment in one flow. Pricing tables and quote tools support the sales side, and automatic reminders keep documents moving.

Plan a few days for setup. Conditional content and pricing tables take time to build well, and proposal emails can land in spam. Check your sending settings, and follow up personally when an important document has not been opened.

Proposify logo

Choose Proposify if…

Proposify suits sales teams in agencies, consultancies and trade businesses that send many proposals and quotes and need approved content, pricing control and e-signatures connected to the CRM. Reps assemble documents from locked sections, so nobody forgets to update a price.

Section-level tracking shows where a buyer stopped reading. If you have five reps, the value is control. A solo seller sending a few proposals will find the entry plan tight, because of its send limits.
