Inbound lead routing and meeting scheduling that turns web form submissions into booked meetings.

Why Chili Piper

Chili Piper is an inbound lead routing and meeting scheduling platform for B2B sales and marketing teams. It qualifies form submissions and chat visitors, routes them to the right rep by rules or round-robin, and books the meeting on the spot. It connects to Salesforce and HubSpot and is sold on annual contracts.

Best for
A B2B sales or marketing team that gets inbound demo requests and wants every qualified lead routed to the right rep and booked into a meeting straight from the form.

What it does

Chili Piper turns inbound interest into booked meetings. A visitor fills in a form or talks to a chat, Chili Piper qualifies them against your rules, picks the right rep or team, and shows that rep's calendar so the meeting is booked before the visitor leaves the page.

The product line has Routing and Scheduling, with lead distribution, round-robin assignment, handoff from SDR to AE and instant calls from forms. Experiences adds AI chat and account identification for targeting. ChiliCal gives every seat smart scheduling links that log to your CRM.

Why you would need it

You feel the pain when demo requests sit for hours. A form comes in, an email goes out, the lead replies days later, and half of them never book. Reps argue about who owns which lead.

Chili Piper closes the gap between the form and the calendar. Routing rules decide the owner, so no lead waits for a human to assign it, and the prospect books while the interest is high.

Where it fits

It sits between your forms and your CRM. Forms from marketing tools and landing pages feed it, and it writes the meeting and routing result to the CRM. It works with Salesforce and HubSpot, and with sequencing tools such as Outreach and enrichment from ZoomInfo.

It replaces the thank-you email with a scheduling link and a hand-built assignment spreadsheet. Calendly and Cal.com do scheduling, but they are not built around routing rules and CRM ownership.

What stands out

  • Routing and booking in one step, from form to calendar, with round-robin and rules.
  • Developer access: a REST API, a JavaScript API, webhooks and an official MCP server.
  • Handoff features for SDR-to-AE transfers, so the meeting does not get lost between two people.
  • Security credentials: the vendor lists ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2.

My take

I would pick it when inbound demand is a real revenue source, several reps share the leads, and the CRM is the system of record. The routing is the point, and the faster booking follows from it.

I would not buy it for a freelancer or a team of two who just need a booking page. Calendly, Cal.com or Lemcal cover that for a fraction of the effort and cost.

Verdict

Pick Chili Piper if you run an inbound sales motion with several reps and want routing and booking tied to your CRM. Skip it if one booking link would do.

Before you choose

It is priced for sales teams on annual contracts

Chili Piper's plans start with a platform fee that includes a set number of seats, and extra seats are priced separately. All plans are billed annually and monthly billing is not offered. Longer contracts earn discounts. Ask for a quote based on your seat count.

AI credits are part of the deal

The platform plans include AI credits per year for enrichment, agents and AI actions, and more can be bought in bundles. Ask how many credits your routing volume will use.

The product line is still moving

One plan, the Chili Data Platform, is listed as coming soon. Decide which plan you need today and check what is available now rather than what is announced.

Overkill for simple booking

If you only need a booking page, Calendly, Cal.com or Lemcal are lighter. Chili Piper pays off when routing rules and CRM ownership matter.

Check your CRM and forms

The integrations list is strongest for Salesforce and HubSpot. Test your own form tool and your lead-to-account matching in a trial or demo before you sign.
