Lemcal

Lemcal logo
Creates a personal booking page linked to your calendar so leads can self-schedule meetings.

Why Lemcal

Lemcal provides a personalised booking page where invitees can self-book available calendar slots. It targets founders, salespeople, and small teams wanting to reduce scheduling back-and-forth with qualified leads. The free tier covers core features; paid plans add team routing, brand customisation, and paid bookings.

Best for
Solo founders, salespeople and small B2B teams who book meetings from a shareable link, especially if they already send their outreach from lemlist.

What it does

Lemcal is a scheduling tool. You connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, set your availability and share a booking page. The person booking picks a free slot, and the meeting lands on both calendars, with a Google Meet, Teams or Zoom link if you use one.

You can customise the page with your logo, colours and background images, ask questions before the meeting, and send automatic reminders. The Pro plan adds team features such as round robin, paid booking and more calendar connections.

Why you would need it

Every email asking "when suits you?" is a chance for a prospect to lose interest. In outbound, the gap between a positive reply and a booked call is where deals go cold. A booking link removes that gap.

I came to Lemcal as a founder of two agencies who had tried a lot of meeting schedulers. It was the one that felt like a natural extension of my outreach tool.

Where it fits

Lemcal sits between your outreach and your calendar. When I started using lemlist for email outreach, I embedded my booking link directly in the campaigns, so leads could schedule without the back and forth. It has a lemlist integration on the free plan.

It replaces Calendly or the meeting links in your CRM. Cal.com is the other alternative in this library.

What stands out

  • A free plan that includes Zapier, Google Meet and Zoom, and the lemlist integration.
  • One-click import of your Calendly or HubSpot scheduling setup.
  • Booking pages you can brand, with your own questions to qualify a lead before the call.
  • Round robin and paid booking on the Pro plan, with a limit on meetings per day.

My take

I could set up a page that matched my brand, with a logo, a background image and custom questions to qualify leads. That gave me useful information before the meeting and a more professional look.

Zapier helped too. I connected Lemcal to Slack and Google Sheets, and that automated parts of my scheduling workflow and cut manual errors. The limit I noticed is language: Lemcal supports only English, and the pricing page still lists multi-language as coming soon.

Verdict

Pick Lemcal if you book sales meetings from a link and want a free or low-cost scheduler that works with lemlist. Skip it if you need booking pages in several languages, a native CRM connection today, or complex routing.

Before you choose

English only, for now

The pricing page lists multi-language support as coming soon. If your leads are not English-speaking, test the booking page with them before you roll it out.

Several features are marked coming soon

The pricing page marks a native CRM integration, embedding on your website, removing the Lemcal brand and an auto-update feature as coming soon. Buy for what works today, not for the roadmap.

Free and Pro are different tools

The free plan covers one calendar, three meeting types and the main integrations. Pro adds five calendars, unlimited meeting types, team invites, round robin and paid booking, and it is priced per user. There is a 14-day trial of Pro.

Compare it with Calendly and Cal.com

Calendly has a bigger integration list, and Cal.com is open source and strong on routing. If you use HubSpot, its built-in meeting links keep everything in one record. Lemcal wins when you use lemlist and want a light, free start.
