How to automate Chili Piper

Native integrations

Chili Piper lists integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Zoom and Slack. Start with the CRM, so routing writes the owner and the meeting back to the record. A good first rule: route every demo request from an existing customer account to the account owner.

API and webhooks

Chili Piper offers a REST API with 111 endpoints for scheduling, routing and meetings, a JavaScript API for a booking modal on your page, and 6 real-time webhook events. Use the API to build a custom booking page, or the webhooks to update your CRM when a meeting is booked or cancelled.

MCP server

Chili Piper has an official MCP server with more than 40 tools that connects with an API key, and prebuilt Skills for RevOps. Connect it to Claude and ask which routing rules sent the most no-shows last month, or have it adjust a distribution. It acts on live data, so use a test workspace first.

No-code automation

Zapier connects Chili Piper to other apps. Use it to send booked meetings to a tool that has no native link, or to post a message to Slack when a high-value lead books.
