BigMarker
Why BigMarker
Delivering webinars and virtual events through a browser saves attendees from software downloads and installation. Marketing teams, educational institutions and associations use it to manage registration, engagement tools and broadcasting across live and automated sessions. It integrates with CRM and marketing-automation platforms to capture attendee data.
What it does
BigMarker is a browser-based platform for webinars, virtual events, hybrid events and in-person events. Attendees join without downloading software. You can run live sessions, on-demand content and simulive sessions, which are recorded sessions that play as if live.
It also has registration pages, polls, Q&A, chat, breakout rooms, mobile event apps, digital signage and on-demand hubs for video, learning and community content. BigMarker AI covers insights and derivative content.
Why you would need it
You feel the pain when your event programme grows past one tool. Registration sits in one place, the live stream in another, the replay in a third, and the CRM gets a spreadsheet of attendees days later. Nobody can answer which webinar produced the pipeline.
BigMarker keeps event, registration, engagement and attendee data together and passes it to your CRM. The pain it removes is the stitching.
Where it fits
It sits in the middle of an events programme. Registration and engagement data goes into your CRM and marketing automation. The vendor says it syncs interactive data to the CRM for profile enrichment. It can replace a separate registration page builder, a streaming tool and a replay library.
It also has an API for managing events from your own systems, which I cover below.
What stands out
- One platform for webinars, virtual, hybrid and in-person events.
- On-demand hubs and learning hubs for evergreen content, including classes, assessments and certificates.
- Engagement tools such as polls, Q&A, networking and lounges.
- An API for listing, creating and editing conferences, registering users and embedding attendance on your own website.
- Customer stories from large organisations, as the vendor presents them.
My take
BigMarker is built for teams that treat events as a channel. If you run one webinar for twenty people now and then, it is more than you need. If you run demand generation, customer education or member training with real volume, a platform that handles all the formats has value.
What I would push on is price transparency. There are no public prices, so you only learn the cost after a sales call. Go in with your attendee numbers, host count and formats, and ask what changes if you add in-person events later.
Verdict
Pick BigMarker if you run a serious events programme across several formats and want one platform with CRM sync. Skip it if you host the odd webinar and want a simple tool with public prices.
Notes
Your note
Before you choose
No public pricing
Plans are quoted through sales and renew yearly. That makes comparison slow. Prepare your numbers before the call: expected attendees, number of hosts, formats and which integrations you need.

Built for a dedicated events team
The depth suits people who run events as a job. A solo marketer may spend more time learning the product than running sessions. Ask for a trial or proof of concept, which the vendor offers on request.
Advanced features sit on higher tiers
API access and capabilities such as SSO and white-label domains sit on enterprise tiers. If you need your own domain or single sign-on, confirm it is in the tier you are quoted.
Alternatives to compare
Compare Livestorm, Demio, GoTo Webinar, Zoom Webinars and Webex Events. Some are simpler and publish prices. BigMarker is the better comparison when you need hybrid and in-person events as well.
