Native integrations
The vendor lists over two hundred and fifty native integrations, across CRM, helpdesk, e-commerce and productivity. Start with your CRM. For HubSpot, calls and recordings are logged to the contact, and caller information is shown before the call begins.
Automation idea: after a missed call from a known customer, create a follow-up task for the account owner.
API and webhooks
Aircall has a REST API, webhooks and an Embed SDK. The API gives access to calls, contacts and users, and webhooks tell your systems what happens on each call.
Automation idea: send each completed call and its transcript summary to your data store, then report on talk time per rep and per day.
No-code automation
Aircall has an app on Zapier and lists it among its integrations. Use it to push call events into tools without a native connection, such as a project tool or a spreadsheet.
Automation idea: when a call lasts longer than a set time, post a note in a Slack channel for the sales lead.
MCP server
Aircall's own developer documentation says it does not offer an MCP server, so only community servers exist. Its AI voice agents can reach your own tools through MCP, which is a different thing. I would wait for an official server before connecting an assistant to live call data.
