API and webhooks

Scrunch has a developer site with a REST API. Use it to pull presence, position and citation data into your own reporting. One idea: send weekly visibility numbers per brand into a dashboard, so the AI view sits next to organic traffic.

MCP server

Scrunch documents an official MCP server, which it calls Scrunchie. You sign in with your Scrunch account instead of managing an API key. Connect it to an assistant such as Claude to ask which competitors are winning on a given platform, or to create and update brands, personas and prompts in plain language.

Built-in automation

The MCP docs also describe importing AI agent crawl logs from a CSV. Use that to see which AI crawlers hit which pages, then fix the pages that get crawled but never cited.
