Partnerstack
Why Partnerstack
PartnerStack is a partner relationship management platform for managing affiliate, referral and reseller channels at scale. It tracks partner performance reliably across multiple attribution models, automates commission payments and provides partners a professional portal for visibility. Built for B2B SaaS companies running meaningful partner-driven revenue.
What it does
PartnerStack is a partner relationship management platform for B2B companies. It covers the whole partner cycle: recruiting partners, activating them with onboarding and resources, tracking every partner-sourced lead, paying commissions and reporting on results. It supports affiliate, B2B influencer, co-sell and customer referral programmes side by side. Partners also have a marketplace where they can find programmes.
Why you would need it
Partner programmes start small. A few referral links, a spreadsheet for payouts and a shared inbox. It works until the number of partners grows. Then you cannot say which partner sent which deal, commission calculations eat a day each month and partners wait for their money.
PartnerStack replaces that with tracked leads, rules for commission and automated payouts. Partners get a portal with their own numbers. You get one view of what the channel produces.
The deeper issue is trust. Partners only invest time in a programme that pays on time and shows its working. Missing or late payouts end a partnership faster than a weak product. A system of record protects the relationship as well as your time.
Where it fits
It sits between your CRM, your billing and your partners. Leads and customers are matched against partner activity. Commissions and reports come out. Integrations listed on the site include HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe and Chargebee, and Crossbeam for co-sell.
It can replace spreadsheets, a simple affiliate tool and manual payouts. It does not replace your CRM.
What stands out
- One platform for several partner types, not just affiliates.
- Automatic commission payouts, with a single monthly invoice to you however many partners you have.
- Unlimited partners and internal users on every plan.
- AI features such as a recruiting agent, partner matching and AI lead submission from email and Slack, plus an MCP for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
My take
I'd pick PartnerStack when partners already produce revenue and you need proper infrastructure to scale it. The tracking, portal and payouts remove admin and make the channel credible to partners, which helps recruiting.
I would not buy it to find out whether partnerships work. Prove the channel manually first, with a few partners and a simple tracking link. Pricing is not public, so you only learn the cost in a demo. And the programme needs thoughtful design: commission structure, partner tiers and onboarding matter more than the software.
Verdict
Pick PartnerStack if you are a B2B SaaS company with a partner channel that has outgrown spreadsheets. Skip it if you are still testing the idea, or if a simple affiliate tool covers what you need.
Notes
Your note
Before you choose
Pricing only in a demo
There is no public price. The plans are Launch, Growth and Enterprise, and cost depends on programme size, features and support. Growth adds advanced integrations, learning management, partner challenges and MDF management. Enterprise adds full link tracking, deal registration, custom workflows and a dedicated success manager. Ask exactly which of those you need.

No free trial
The pricing page does not offer a free trial. Plan the evaluation around a demo and a clear list of what your programme must do.
Programme design comes first
The tool will not decide your commission model or partner tiers for you. Settle those before you configure anything. Otherwise you will rebuild the setup after a few months.
