Optmyzr
Why Optmyzr
Optmyzr is a PPC management platform that automates paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. It provides rule-based automation, account audits, bid and budget management and AI-assisted suggestions for campaign optimisation. Used by PPC agencies, freelancers and in-house teams managing paid advertising across multiple accounts.
What it does
Optmyzr is PPC management software. It connects to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta and LinkedIn and adds tools on top: a Rule Engine for automations, account audits, a PPC Investigator for diagnosing performance, a Negative Keyword Finder, budget monitoring with alerts and reporting templates. Sidekick is its AI assistant for questions about an account. It also offers Campaign Automator for building campaigns in bulk.
Why you would need it
Paid search accounts need constant small checks. Is a budget about to overspend? Are search terms wasting money? Did a disapproved ad stop a campaign? Doing this by hand across ten or fifty accounts eats the week, and things get missed.
Optmyzr runs those checks for you, around the clock, and flags or fixes what breaks your rules. You get your time back for strategy, and you catch problems on the day they start.
Where it fits
It sits on top of the ad platforms and reads and writes campaign settings through their own APIs. Account data feeds it. Changes, alerts and reports come out. Slack can receive the budget alerts.
It replaces manual bid and budget checks, spreadsheet audits and a lot of manual client reporting. It does not replace analytics or attribution. It is a sibling of Adalysis and Adzooma rather than of Google Ads itself.
What stands out
- A Rule Engine that lets you layer automations without code.
- Budget monitoring and overspend alerts, including by Slack.
- One-click bulk updates for bids, budgets and keywords.
- An official MCP server for Sidekick, where changes made through an AI client are staged for a person to approve.
My take
I'd pick Optmyzr for an agency or an in-house team with real ad spend. The value comes from the rules and the audits: they remove routine checking and keep a standard across accounts. Staying in control matters too. The safeguards and the approval step on MCP changes suit teams that do not want a black box adjusting spend.
It is less attractive for a small account where you can check everything by eye in ten minutes. Pricing follows ad spend, so a small spend does not make the tool cheap enough to justify itself.
Verdict
Pick Optmyzr if you manage meaningful paid search spend across several accounts and want automation with human sign-off. Skip it if you run one small account or only need reporting.
Notes
Your note
Before you choose
Priced by ad spend
There is no flat price. Essentials, Premium and Enterprise are priced against the monthly ad spend under management, with a calculator on the pricing page. Annual billing is cheaper than monthly. A rising spend moves you up a price band, so model next year's budget, not just today's.

Tiers gate features
Essentials covers the core toolkit and basic reporting. Premium adds fuller reporting, multi-account dashboards, shopping and Performance Max tools, and daily automation. Enterprise adds hourly automation, custom integrations and Okta single sign-on. If you need frequent automation, check which tier runs it. Campaign Automator and Amazon Ads are priced as separate add-ons.
A learning curve on the rule engine
The Rule Engine is flexible, and flexible means you can build rules that do the wrong thing at scale. Start with alerts, then move to automated changes once you trust a rule. Compare with Adalysis and Revealbot for similar ground.
No public API confirmed
Check whether Optmyzr offers API access before you plan on it. Reporting out of Optmyzr into your own warehouse may be limited to exports and the integrations the vendor offers. Ask during the 14-day trial if that matters.
