Brand kit

Save your logo, colours and fonts in the tool so that new designs or slides follow your brand automatically.

What it is

A brand kit stores the visual identity of your company, usually logos, colour palette, fonts and sometimes approved images and templates. When someone creates a presentation or design, the tool applies those settings, so the result looks consistent. Canva, Beautiful.ai, Gamma and Plus AI offer brand kits, and in some tools they can also apply to AI-generated content.

Why it matters

Teams without one often end up with slides in many styles and wrong logos. A brand kit makes it easier for everyone to produce on-brand material without a designer checking each piece. It matters when several people create decks, social posts or documents. If you are a one-person business with an occasional deck, setting colours by hand may be enough.

What to check

  • Can you store several brands or versions, for example for different clients.
  • Can administrators lock the kit so others cannot change it.
  • Do the AI features follow the kit when they generate content.
  • Which plan includes it, and is it shared across the team.
