Native integrations

ChurnZero lists more than 50 native integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Stripe, Chargebee, Segment, Mixpanel, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gong and data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery. Start with your CRM and your product usage source, since those two decide whether the health score means anything.

API and webhooks

ChurnZero has a public REST API built on OData, which suits tools like Excel, Tableau and Power BI. Use it to extract data for your own reports or to push data in. Check the API reference for webhook support. An idea: send monthly health score changes into your BI tool to see which segments are slipping.

MCP server

Built-in automation
