The MCP server at /api/mcp was added. It serves the assistant's tools to a signed-in session.

Every workspace got a readable address (its slug), and every record got a number that is never reused or changed. Addresses look like /{workspace}/deliverables/142.

Personal access tokens (sgk_...) and POST /api/library/resources were added, and per-person rate limits on the assistant, voice and library routes.
