Sendcloud has a public API, documented on its developer portal, with guides for creating shipments, printing labels, orders, returns, service points and parcel tracking. Use it when your own system, not a standard shop platform, creates the orders. One idea: when an order is marked as paid in your back office, create the shipment and email the tracking link.

Native integrations

Connect your shop platform first. Sendcloud lists integrations for Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Magento and PrestaShop, among others. Switch on shipping rules so the right carrier and service are chosen for each destination and weight without a person deciding.
