How to automate Livestorm
Native integrations
Livestorm lists native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot. The HubSpot one pushes new registrants into HubSpot as contacts, so you stop exporting CSV files. An idea: when someone registers, create the contact, and when the session ends, trigger a follow-up that differs for people who attended and people who did not.
API and webhooks
The REST API covers events, sessions, people, recordings, chat messages and questions. You can register someone for a session through the API, and you can create webhooks to be told when things happen. Authentication is by API token or OAuth2. Use it to register people from your own sign-up form, or to send attendance data to your own database.
MCP server
Livestorm runs an official remote MCP server at mcp.livestorm.co/mcp. It uses OAuth 2.1 and exposes the Public API as tools for events, sessions and people. An idea: ask your AI assistant to list last week's sessions, find the registrants who did not attend and draft a replay email, with you approving the send.
No-code automation
Zapier appears in Livestorm's list of integrations. A simple flow: when a registration comes in, add a row to a Google Sheets file and post a note in Slack so sales can see who signed up from a target account.
