Pick Moneybird if you run a small business or freelance practice in the Netherlands or Belgium and want invoices, purchase invoices and VAT returns in one place. It suits people who handle their own admin and give their accountant access when needed.

It also takes online payments, including iDEAL, and has a payment page for selling products or subscriptions. That means you can chase fewer payments by hand.

There is no free plan, so use the trial with your real invoices. Check the limit on processed bank transactions, since that is the number that grows. If you work mostly abroad, test whether the tax features fit your country before you move over.

Pick Revolut Pro if you are a freelancer, sole trader or side-hustler who has no registered company and wants business money kept apart from personal money. You add it inside the Revolut app in a few taps, describe your business and give some proof of activity, such as a website or social page.

You get a separate IBAN and card, plus payment links, QR codes and invoices. The account has no monthly subscription, though card payments carry processing fees, higher for international and commercial cards.

It is a money app, not an accounting tool. If you incorporate later, the vendor points you to Revolut Business, which is a different product. Check how statements will reach your bookkeeping tool before you move your invoicing over.
