Clari
Why Clari
Clari is an enterprise revenue platform that unifies AI forecasting, pipeline and deal inspection, conversation intelligence and sales engagement on a shared revenue database. It automatically captures activity and call data, syncing it to the CRM to give revenue operations, sales and finance teams a unified pipeline view.
What it does
Clari is a revenue forecasting and pipeline inspection platform. It rolls up forecasts from reps, managers and regions, checks them against what is happening in the deals and flags risk early. Its main parts are Clari Forecast, Inspect for pipeline and deal visibility, and Copilot for conversation intelligence.
Clari has joined Salesloft. Visiting clari.com now redirects to salesloft.com, where Clari is presented together with Salesloft's engagement products such as cadences and deal management.
Why you would need it
Forecasting in a spreadsheet works until the team grows. Reps update deals when they remember, managers add their own judgement and by the time the number reaches the board it is a mix of hope and rounding.
The pain is felt in the weekly forecast call: nobody trusts the number, and nobody can say why a deal moved. Clari takes the activity data (emails, meetings, calls) and compares it with what reps say.
Where it fits
Clari sits on top of your CRM, usually Salesforce or HubSpot, and reads activity from email, calendars and calls. The CRM feeds it. It feeds sales leadership, RevOps and finance with forecasts and risk flags, and, through Salesloft, pushes next steps back to sellers.
It replaces spreadsheet roll-ups and manual forecast calls. With Salesloft it also covers sales engagement and conversation intelligence under one vendor.
What stands out
- Forecasts grounded in activity data, not only in rep updates.
- Views for each level, from rep to executive, by region, segment and bookings or renewals.
- Deal inspection that flags opportunities that have gone quiet.
- An MCP server through Salesloft that includes Clari forecasting and deal data, listed in Claude's connector directory.
My take
For a sizeable sales team where forecast accuracy is a board-level issue, I would shortlist Clari. It tackles the real problem, which is trust in the number, and it does it with data rather than with more meetings.
What I would watch is two things. It only works as well as the opportunity data in your CRM, so dirty data gives you a confident wrong forecast. And the merger with Salesloft may change names, packaging and the way you buy.
Verdict
Pick Clari if you run a large sales team and the forecast is a recurring problem. Skip it if you have a handful of reps and a simple pipeline, where a good CRM report will do.

Before you choose
Packaging after the merger
Clari now sits with Salesloft, and the vendor's own site redirects there. Names and bundles may change. Ask what you are buying, which parts you really need and whether the contract covers product changes.

No public pricing
There is no published price and no free plan. The pricing link leads to a page for booking time with the sales team. Go in with your number of reps and managers and the CRM you use.
Built for larger teams
Clari pays off when many people forecast every week. For a small team, the set-up and the process around it will outweigh the benefit. Check your size before you start a demo.
Your CRM data has to be clean
Clari reads your CRM. If stages, amounts and close dates are unreliable, so is the forecast. Fix your pipeline hygiene first. Alternatives with similar goals include Gong, which is stronger on call analysis.
