Native integrations

Botpress connects to Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot and Salesforce, and deploys to webchat, WhatsApp, Slack and Viber. One idea: let the agent answer on webchat, and when it cannot resolve the issue, create a ticket in Zendesk with the conversation history attached.

API and webhooks

The Botpress Cloud API has chat, admin, files, tables and runtime sections. You can create conversations and messages, manage files and search them, and read and write table rows. One idea: use the tables API to write resolved-ticket reasons to a table, so you can see which topics the agent handles and which it escalates. Check the API reference for webhook support.

MCP server

There is no official MCP server in the docs I checked. Use the API for custom agent connections.
