Native integrations

Segment's strength is its destination catalogue. Connect your site or app as a source, then switch on destinations for analytics, ads and your CRM. One idea: send a "signed up" event and a "became a paying customer" event once, and have each reach HubSpot, your analytics tool and your ad platforms at the same time.

API and webhooks

Twilio documents a public API for Segment, and its docs include a how-to on event-triggered notifications and alerts. Use the API to manage sources, destinations and other workspace settings in code instead of clicking through the interface.

MCP server

I found no Segment-specific official MCP server. Twilio has an MCP server for its API docs, but that is a separate thing, so for now use the public API for anything you want an assistant to do.
