Notion Calendar
How to automate Notion Calendar
Native integrations
The core integration is with Notion databases: any item with a date can show on the calendar. Connect Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud, and add Zoom or Google Meet for meeting links. A practical setup is a campaign database in Notion where every post date appears on your calendar.
API and webhooks
I found no public API for Notion Calendar data. The Notion REST API works on the database side, so you can create dated rows from your other systems and they will show up in the calendar. For example, a new signed deal in HubSpot can create an onboarding task with a due date.
MCP server
There is no official MCP server for Notion Calendar that I could confirm. Notion's own MCP server covers Notion pages and databases, which is where the calendar's dated items come from.
Built-in automation
Scheduling links and automatic busy-slot blocking are the built-in automation. Block busy slots across work and personal calendars so nobody can book over a personal commitment.
