How to automate Microsoft Forms
Native integrations
Forms works with the rest of Microsoft 365, and responses can be exported to Excel. The most useful native link is Power Automate, covered below. Start by sending responses to a workbook your team already uses.
No-code automation
The Microsoft Forms connector in Power Automate has a trigger for when a new response is submitted, and actions to get form details and get response details. It works with organisational accounts only. An idea: when someone submits a feedback form, get the response details, post a summary in a Microsoft Teams channel and create a task for the owner.
Check whether Zapier or Make has a Microsoft Forms app before you plan a flow around them.
