Multi-account management

What it is
Multi-account management lets one person or team connect many ad accounts, for instance one per client or brand, and work in them from a single login. You see an overview of all accounts, switch between them quickly and often apply the same rule, script or report template to several at once. Adalysis, Adzooma, Optmyzr, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising are examples that offer a form of this.
Why it matters
An agency or an in-house team with several brands loses a lot of time logging in and out and repeating the same checks. A manager view shows which accounts need attention, such as one that is overspending or one with a broken ad. You need this when you look after three or more accounts or when several people share the work. A business with one account and one person can ignore it.
Take a close look at permissions, because client data should stay separate. It is also useful to see how pricing grows with each extra account.
What to check
- Can you see all accounts in one overview with alerts, or do you open each one separately?
- Can you apply one rule, report or template to several accounts at once?
- How do user roles work, and can a client view only their own account?
- Is there a limit on the number of accounts, or does the cost rise with each new one?
