How to automate Adobe Acrobat Sign

Native integrations

Adobe lists integrations with Microsoft Word, Teams and 365, Salesforce, Workday, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive. A practical flow: when a deal reaches contract stage in Salesforce, send the agreement for signature from the record and write the signed PDF back to it.

API and webhooks

Adobe publishes Acrobat Sign APIs on its developer site, with a developer account sign-up, samples and e-signature workflow examples. Use the API to send agreements from your own app, for example from an onboarding flow. Check the API docs for the event notifications available before you plan an event-driven flow.

No-code automation

Check whether there is a Zapier or Make app for Acrobat Sign before you plan a flow around it. If there is, a flow like "new row in a sheet creates an agreement and emails the signer" is a good first test. If not, use the API.
