I have worked with dozens of companies and trained over 1,500 marketers, and I see the same frustrations everywhere: hard work that does not add up, growth that hits a plateau, one tactic after another without a system behind it.
I work with mostly B2B SaaS, agencies, consultancies and e-commerce companies selling to businesses, from startups to multinationals. The common thread is wanting a system that scales rather than more tactics.
I do not believe in agencies you depend on forever. I build the infrastructure, train your team and hand it over. My job is to make myself redundant.
