1. Digital Products

Eligibility for Refund: Digital access to the courses may be refunded within 60 days of purchase with a stated reason. If you have completed the course, refunds are not possible.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our support team at support@solidgrowth.com

b. Provide proof of purchase and a stated reason for the refund.

c. Allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

2. Consulting & Advisory Services

Eligibility for Refund: Consulting and advisory services are not eligible for refunds. Meetings or training sessions that are cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled date will be charged unless cancelled due to sickness or other important reasons.

Process for Requesting a Refund: If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please follow these steps:

b. Provide details of the cancellation and the reason.

c. Allow up to 7 business days for processing.

3. Exclusions

The following products and services are specifically excluded from refunds:

  • Consultancy, including coaching, paid advice and other hourly services
