1. Digital Products

Eligibility for Refund: Digital access to the Growth Library may be refunded within 14 days of purchase with a stated reason. After 14 days, refunds are not possible.

Process for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please follow these steps:a. Contact our support team at support@ewouduphof.com.b. Provide proof of purchase and a stated reason for the refund.c. Allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

2. Consulting & Advisory Services

Eligibility for Refund: Consulting and advisory services are not eligible for refunds. Meetings or training sessions that are cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled date will be charged unless cancelled due to sickness or other important reasons.
