We’ll work through the entire customer journey across the four growth engines: demand generation, marketing funnel, sales pipeline, and customer value. Inside each engine, you’ll follow a clear 12-step framework designed to improve every metric by at least 10%. It’s the same approach I use when I run growth for B2B teams.
